Easy rules for accounts, bonuses, deposits & withdrawals, game fairness, and responsible gambling.
Australia-wide “standard” things players expect to see in T&Cs
- Eligibility & location rules (18+, where the site is/isn’t offered; no VPN circumvention).
- Account & KYC (one account per person; ID checks; AML/CTF).
- Deposits & withdrawals (methods, timeframes, fees, verification, source-of-funds, reversals).
- Bonuses (who can claim, wagering, game weighting, max bet with bonus, expiry, max cash-out for no-deposit, abuse examples).
- Game rules & fairness (RNG, RTP disclosure, progressive jackpots, disconnection policy).
- Fair use (no multi-accounting, collusion, chargebacks, fraudulent activity).
- Responsible gambling (limits, time-outs, self-exclusion, Australian help links).
- Complaints & dispute handling (internal process; if licensed elsewhere, name the ADR/regulator).

Race96 Terms & Conditions
1) Who can use Race96
- You must be 18+ and legally allowed to gamble where you live.
- You’re responsible for making sure online casino play is legal in your location.
- One account per person. We may close duplicate accounts and void bonuses/wins linked to them.
2) Your account & verification (KYC)
- We verify identity to keep accounts safe and meet AML/CTF laws.
- We may ask for photo ID, proof of address, and proof you own the payment method used.
- Please keep your details current and your login secure. Don’t share your account.
3) Deposits
- Use your own payment methods only. Third-party payments aren’t allowed.
- Minimum/maximum deposit limits are shown on the Cashier page.
- Race96 may request source-of-funds evidence if activity looks unusual.
4) Withdrawals
- We pay valid, verified wins promptly to the same method used to deposit where possible.
- You must complete KYC before your first withdrawal and whenever we reasonably ask.
- Processing times depend on our checks and your bank/processor. Large wins may be paid in parts for security.
- If we see chargebacks, fraud, or bonus abuse, we can pause or decline a withdrawal while we investigate.
5) Bonuses & promotions (how they work)
- Each bonus has a promo card showing: bonus amount, eligible games, wagering, expiry, any max bet, and any max cash-out (for no-deposit/free offers).
- Wagering: Unless the promo card says otherwise, standard wagering is x2 bonus amount.
- Game weighting: Pokies = 100% toward wagering; table & live games = 0% (unless stated).
- Max bet with bonus funds: No max bet applies unless specified on the promo card.
- No-deposit / free credits (examples): New sign-up free A$30; Daily A$96 free. Max cash-out is shown on each promo card after meeting wagering.
- Stacking: One active bonus at a time unless the promo expressly allows stacking.
- Abuse examples: betting above any stated max while on a bonus, low-risk hedging, equal betting patterns solely to clear wagering, multi-accounting, using VPN/false info to claim region-limited offers.
- We may cancel a bonus and remove bonus-derived winnings if rules are breached.
6) Games, fairness & RTP
- Slots/pokies and other games use certified Random Number Generators (RNGs).
- RTP is a long-run average per game/provider; it isn’t a guarantee for any session.
- Disconnection policy: if you disconnect mid-round, the outcome completes on the server; your balance updates on reconnection.
- Progressive jackpots: paid according to the provider/network rules after verification.
7) Fair play
- No bots, scripts, collusion, chip-dumping, or exploiting software bugs.
- No VPNs or tools to hide your location or bypass regional rules (breach may void wins).
- Suspicious activity can lead to account review, bonus removal, or closure.
8) Responsible play
- Set deposit/loss limits, take cool-offs, or self-exclude via Support—anytime.
- If gambling is causing harm, contact support.
9) Complaints & disputes
- Start with Live Chat or Support (email/Telegram); we aim to resolve quickly and fairly.
- If not resolved, escalate in writing via the Help Centre; we’ll reply within stated timeframes.
- Where required by our licensing jurisdiction, you may use an approved independent dispute body (see Licence & Compliance on our site).

11) Changes to these Terms
- We may update these Terms to reflect new laws, security, or product changes.
